For your convenience, we’ve made all the necessary forms available for download via our website. Please note that the Transportation Waiver is now included on the online registration so a separate form is not necessary. Please take a moment to find the form you need and perform any of the following actions:

Please call if you are having any issues with the Registration process. We will only accept online registrations and payments.

The camp facility does not receive mail, so please do not mail your registrations or we will not receive your registration. CAMP 99 cannot guarantee your child's space if we do not receive your registration electronically.
